Featuring an ergonomic military-style design, the vest is adaptable to fit every body type.  The adjustable nature of the vest enables the user to modify the weight according to their needs. It includes individual 2.2 lb. weighted bars that can be added or removed among 18 pockets, providing a maximum weight of 40 lbs.

The vest is equipped with Velcro straps for a personalized and comfortable fit. The distribution of weight is meticulously planned, with secure pockets placed on the front and back, ensuring even weight distribution during training. Constructed from reinforced nylon, the weighted workout vest is not only durable but also washable, provided the weight packs are removed.
